EDITOR’S LETTER
Most products die in the handoff. I skip it.
The usual way to build a product is a relay: the founder has the idea, a designer draws it, an engineer builds it, a marketer explains it. Every handoff loses something. By launch, the product is a copy of a copy.
I don’t hand off. I design the interface, write the code, wire up the AI underneath and help take it to market. When the person who drew the screen is the person who ships it, nothing gets lost between departments, and things move fast.
Today that means running operations, product and go-to-market at Deploy Finance, a marketplace of autonomous AI trading agents with $15M in deposits. Before that, I spent three years designing and building products and brands, and a stint writing developer docs for blockchain integrations.
My edge is synthesis: taking a tool from one field and using it to crack a problem in another. AI tools made that faster. This page is the proof, in the order a busy founder would want to read it.
When the person who drew the screen is the person who ships it, nothing gets lost.
